WASHINGTON, DC – The Cargo Airline Association (CAA) president, Lauren Beyer, has released the following statement on today’s final passage of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024.
“CAA is pleased to see final passage of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024 and looks forward to the President signing this critical piece of legislation into law,” said Beyer. “This bipartisan, 5-year legislation provides funding stability allowing the FAA to prioritize the continued safety of the national airspace while also investing in safety enhancements, workforce, critical infrastructure, and technological advancements. The air cargo industry will continue our collaborative efforts across industry and with our government partners as this bill is implemented.”
